Shipping Policy:

- We ship most orders within 24 hours (not including weekends).

- In the event we cannot ship your order within 24 hours you will receive an email informing you of the ship date.

- All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (except for local delivery to Mammoth Lakes). We will provide a tracking number for every order via email when the order ships.

- Free local delivery orders going to Mammoth Lakes, CA will be hand delivered by one of our employees and will not include tracking. Please provide a physical address, not a PO Box, so we can drop the order off at your doorstep.

Refunds/Returns:

 - If you decide to cancel your order before it ships we will give you a full refund. Funds will be credited back to your card within 2-3 days of cancellation.

- We will accept returns of new/unused product within 60 days. Please email us before you send any product back. We will refund you the full price of your purchase within 2-3 days of receipt of the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will make it right. We believe in our products and our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
